Acoustics were good, but I was too far away from the stage (block F). About 14.000 people enjoyed the show.

The opening act was done by Jimmy Vaughan, who did a nice job with his unusual fingerstyle electric guitar. He played about 50 minutes, then EC entered the stage. As always, he didn't say very much (in fact only some song titles from Pilgrim and sometimes the name of a musician who's done a solo...). Next songs were Pilgrim, One Chance and River of tears:
Going Down Slow was followed by a great intro of She's Gone, loud and dirty playing:
After this, EC comes with his Martin and startet to play acoustic. Very long intro and -surprise!- not Driftin' but Early In The Morning! Long solos, great vocals, playing over and over with licks from other acoustic songs:
Without a break now one acoustic EC classic was followed by another:
The acoustic set was over now, the second electric set followed. Songs were:
For the encore Jimmy Vaughan came back and both did a fantastic version of Before You Accuse Me.
Then the lights turned on and the show was finished.
